Because each item is thoughtfully handmade, please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Digital Items
Due to the nature of digital products (including patterns and downloadable files), all digital sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available for patterns

Custom Orders
Custom-made items are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Handmade dolls
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our dolls, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Large Orders
Orders of more than 5 items are considered large or bulk orders and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Ready-to-Ship Physical Items
Returns or exchanges may be accepted on ready-to-ship physical items under the following conditions:

You contact us within 7 days of delivery

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to location, seasonal delays, or customs processing. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
I we not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. However, if there is an issue, please reach out and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim or locating your package.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
